What to Wear in the Winter

Learn what to wear and how to dress for winter runner. You can handle more cold than you might expect if you have the right layers!

Once you’re running, the temperature will probably feel about 10-20 degrees warmer. It’s okay to be a little cold in the first mile; you’ll warm up! Find the balance between dressing warm without overdressing. If you wear too much, you’ll sweat more and that can end up chilling you by the end of the run. With trial and error, you’ll find the layering strategy that works best for you.
